Voice Coil Micro Pipette

Automated cell culture instrumentation requires a number of complex actions. Liquid handing can be of one of this processes. The instrument I was developing with a small multidisciplinary team, experienced a shift in liquid handling specifications after our engineering team finalized hardware. To address a need for significantly smaller pipetting capabilities, I developed a modular tool that enabled quick implementation with no additional changes to planned hardware specifications.
